Refund Policy – Astra Aesthetic Center
At Astra Aesthetic Center, our goal is to provide exceptional care and treatments that enhance your confidence and well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. Treatments & Services
- All treatments and service sales are final.
- Refunds are not issued for completed services, even if the desired outcome is not achieved.
- Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results, and outcomes vary by individual.
2. Prepaid Packages & Deposits
- Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable.
- In certain cases, prepaid amounts may be applied toward alternative treatments at the discretion of management.
- Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.
3. Retail Products
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are:
– Unopened
– Unused
– In their original packaging
– Purchased at full, non-discounted price
- Opened or used products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- All products and devices purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
- If any item in the transaction is discounted or given free, the entire purchase is considered a promotional bundle and is final sale.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged in full for the missed service.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- They may only be used toward treatments or products at Astra Aesthetic Center.
6. Adverse Reactions
- While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatments, clients are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions.
- Refunds will not be issued for adverse reactions unless directly resulting from provider error.
